The occurrence of fire is the most common, prominent and most harmful disaster in real life, and it is a major problem directly related to people's life and property safety. It is the guarantee of other work”, firmly establishes the idea of “safety first”, puts safety production work at an absolute height, and in line with a responsible attitude to the society and the public, clarify responsibilities and pay close attention to implementation. Always be prepared for danger in times of peace, keep the alarm bell ringing, and take precautions before it happens.
Considering the complexity of the tenants in our Sangxia Building, the particularity of the industry and the difference in fire awareness of personnel, we invited 2 to 3 people from each unit to participate in this annual fire drill in advance.
I remember that at 7:00 in the morning, the people participating in the exercise have signed in one after another. Everyone is in a neat line and stand in three rows. First, I will speak. I have stated the purpose of this exercise as described above, and then put the order of the exercise. The arrangement is also explained clearly to everyone, so that we will start according to the established procedures.
First of all, we invited volunteer firefighter Cao Zhigang to explain some common knowledge about fire protection, including the causes of fires, fire prevention, how to escape and self-rescue in the event of a fire, how to use fire extinguishers, how to use indoor fire hydrants, and how to call 119. and some caveats.
Then, under my guidance, everyone came to the north gate parking lot in the cold wind. All the fire fighting equipment and equipment needed were ready. Everyone stood back and the brazier was lit. One person explained the precautions while Demonstrate, and then practice one by one until the dry powder of the fire extinguisher is used up.
Then we conducted an escape drill. Under my guidance, everyone escaped from the evacuation stairs in an orderly manner. Everyone covered their noses and bent over with wet towels, and went downstairs quickly. Their nervous and serious attitude was exhilarating!
Finally, I will conclude the fire drill, comment on the effects of each link, affirm the achievements, and point out the shortcomings. I hope to further improve the level of the drill, make the training and drills on weekdays close to actual combat, and improve the actual combat ability to deal with possible fires. At the same time, arrange the maintenance, reset, homing and other related work of the equipment after the exercise.
