Principles and Characteristics:

● Temperature display: Storage tanks, the collector pipe temperature display:0to99℃ temperature error of±2℃.

● Water tank level display: Storage tank water level display range:0 to 4 water level.

● Auto temperature water-injecting: When the collector temperature T1 is up to the upper limit(50℃), the valve D1 and the cycle circulation pump P1will start, hot water will be injected into the tank; When T1 is lower than the lower limit(45℃),P1 and D1 stop.

● Heat collector temperature difference circulation: In the condition of the full tank, when T1-T2 is higher than the upper limit(such as 8℃, adjustable), the valve D2 will open, and at the same time collector circulation pump start to inject the lower temperature water into collector and the hot water into the tank;When T1-T2 is lower than the lower limit(such as 8℃, adjustable ), P1 and D2 stop.

● Low water level water-adding: When the water level of the tank is lower than the set level, solenoid valve D1 will open and begin to inject water. When the water level reaches the protection level +1,P1 and D1 will close to prevent from electrically heated dry and pump idling.

● Anti-freezing circulation: In winter when T3 is lower than the preset lower limit(such as 5℃,adjustable),electric tracing band starts and circulation pump P1 will start, the hot water will be injected into the collection; When the collection temperature T3 is higher than the upper limit(such as 10℃),P1 will stop to protect the pipeline from freezing(using in water).

● Pipeline circulation: In the set time, when the temperature difference between T2 and T4 is higher than the set temperature(such as 10℃ adjustable), the valve D3 start, the pressure of the pipeline drop, booster pump P2 automatically start. When the difference temperature is lower than the set temperature 5℃, the valve D3 start,the pressure of the pipeline increase, booster pump P2 automatically stop to ensure the hot water supply.

● Pressurization: Pressurization system.

● Auxiliary heating: A period of set time, when the tank temperature T2 is lower than the lower limit(such as 45℃),the electrically heated will start automatically;Auxiliary heating will stop when the tank temperature T2 reaches the upper limit(50℃).

Principles and Characteristics:

● Heat collector temperature difference circulation:Automatic temperature difference circulation is used in the heater collector system. When the temperature T1 reaches the preset and temperature difference between T1 and T2 is higher than the preset temperature, collector circulation pump will start until the temperature difference is lower than preset.

● Water supply of pipes circulation:Temperature difference controller is set to control the switch of solenoid valve to avoid heat outflow from heat collector tank by circulation system. F1 is normally closed solenoid valve, when the temperature of T2 and T3 is higher than the preset, F1 will start to go on the indirect heating solar heat medium circulation until the temperature difference is lower than the preset.

● Auxiliary heating:In a period of preset time, when the temperature of tank is lower than preset, auxiliary heating will start automatically until the temperature is higher than the preset.
